Shipping & Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
    2. or
  2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you the customer.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
  1. in the event that the product has been used.
  2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.

We use a weight base system that works out the weight of your order and give you the chose of the shipping methods available:

Inside the United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail First Class Recorded (1 to 2 days)

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - Nextday Delivery
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery ® 9:00am - Nextday Delivery
  • Pacelforce 48 - Delivery in 48 hours
Please be advised if you chose Royal Mail First Class we can not guarantee that your order will arrive in a prompt manner. The aim for First Class is to have the package delivered with in 1 to 2 days, but the royal mail requires 15 working days after delivery before your order will be considered lost.

Because of this we will be unable to process any lost order claim sent with Royal Mail First class until 15 working days after dispatch.

We advised if you require your order ASAP we recommend that you use a guaranteed service. Which include Special delivery and Parcel Force.

Delivery times are from the date of dispatch and not from the date the order was placed.
